6 Month Warranty*
Eligible S.I. 1 Gram Gold jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty* from the date of purchase. If you notice a problem with your jewellery during this period, bring it to the store or contact us on WhatsApp with your bill and photos of the piece.
- The warranty period starts from the purchase date on your bill.
- Every warranty request is checked by our team, and the solution (repair, re-polish or replacement) is decided after inspection.
- Normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, rough handling, or contact with water, perfume, chemicals and sweat may not be covered.
Up to 50% Buyback*

- Bring the jewellery along with your original bill to the store.
- The piece is inspected before the buyback is accepted; its condition is taken into account.
- The buyback amount and the way it is given are confirmed by the store at the time of buyback.
What you need
- Your original purchase bill.
- The jewellery piece (and its box or pouch, if you still have it).
Caring for your jewellery
Keep your jewellery dry and away from perfume, lotions and water, store each piece separately in a soft pouch, and wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after use. Good care helps it stay beautiful for longer — read our jewellery care guide on the blog for more tips.
