Our products
- S.I. 1 Gram Gold sells 1 gram gold-plated / gold-finish jewellery. It is not solid gold jewellery and is not sold or priced as solid gold.
- We try to show every design as accurately as possible. Colour, shine and size can look slightly different on screen because of lighting and device settings.
- Some product photos are design previews. The final piece, its availability and its details are confirmed by our team before you order.
Enquiries and prices
- The website is a catalogue. Sending an enquiry through the website, the Enquire Now button or WhatsApp does not place an order.
- Prices, offers and availability are shared by our team and may change without notice until your order is confirmed.
- We may decline or cancel an enquiry or order, for example if a design is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed only after our team has confirmed the design, price, delivery details and payment with you.
- Payment methods are shared by our team when your order is confirmed. Please make payments only to the details given by S.I. 1 Gram Gold.

Exchanges and returns
Any exchange or return is subject to the store's inspection and is confirmed by our team at the time of purchase. Please ask our team about a specific piece before you buy.
Caring for your jewellery
Gold-plated jewellery needs gentle care. Damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, rough use or improper storage may not be covered. See our jewellery care guide on the blog.
